Roles: LEADER
When you receive Introductions within our Social Program, one person will be selected as The Leader, and the other will be The Participant. These Roles clarify responsibilities and help to avoid ambiguity about who is supposed to reach out. This division of Roles ensures that you are not left 'waiting for him/her' to call you. Instead, you can relax, knowing that The Leader is always responsible for reaching out and guiding the connection through the CFC Dating Strategy.
Roles: PARTICIPANT
Participant surrenders to the guidance of the Leader. This way, there is no conflict about who is in charge of the interactions. As a Participant, you can be more relaxed knowing that the Leader is responsible for reaching out and following up.

Building TEAMS
After receiving five introductions, you will be assigned to a Team where you will interact with each other via video once a month.

Those members who are looking to create a micro-community, will be able to come together in a larger group, helping each other with life's concerns.
